At our farm, you can enjoy fresh, high-quality products with the authentic taste of nature. All products come directly from our own production and are available exclusively in their season, following the regional harvest calendar.
Please note that we do not offer breakfast service. Our holiday apartment is designed for self-catering guests. For cooking your own meals, we gladly provide our farm-fresh products so you can enjoy fresh, local ingredients directly in your kitchen.
All products are carefully grown, lovingly prepared, and available directly from the farm. This way, you can experience the true taste of the Dolomites and fully enjoy your stay on the farm.
If you spend your summer holiday with us, make sure to visit the Sattler Schwaige on the Seiser Alm. Many of our farm products are freshly processed and offered directly to guests, who can taste the local specialties, watch their preparation, and experience the authentic Dolomite cuisine up close.
Our products include:
- Potatoes grown on the farm
- Fresh cow’s milk straight from the barn
- Free-range eggs from happy hens
- Homemade fruit spreads in many varieties, such as raspberry, black and red currant, apricot, cranberry, quince
- Aromatic syrups from elderflower, red currant, or lemon balm
- Seasonal vegetables such as beans, cucumbers, kohlrabi, pumpkin, leeks, chard, radishes, lettuce, celery, tomatoes, zucchini, and onions
- Seasonal fruits including apples, pears, cherries, berries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apricots, mirabelles, nectarines, peaches, plums, and nuts
